Kiddie Camp! Sat. August 14th While most people were running around frantically trying to get last minute errands taken care of before the first day of school, the MAHS cheerleaders were hosting our annual kiddie camp for the local recreational department. The MAHS cheerleaders taught the 'future hurricanes' several cheers and a dance routine. In addition to teaching all of the cheers and the dance, we also had our girls work one on one with each squad to choreograph a unique routine to perform at the end of the day.

Adaptive Sports Program
During the Month of May the MAHS Spirit and Competition Cheerleaders had the opportunity to work with the
adaptive sports baseball program. The baseball games were held at Hammond Park in Monroe, GA. This was both a rewarding and humbling experience for us. We volunteered to help out but ended up gaining just as much as we gave from all of the wonderful children that we were able to work with!

Cheer Camp 2010- West, GA
June 21-June 23, 2010 CHEERLEADING CAMP!
We recently attended a stunt focused cheerleading camp located at West Georgia College! We could not have been more impressed with the girls and had a great time! They worked very hard at camp acquiring new skills while forming strong squad bonds at the same time! We won the spirit stick every night, Emily Kilman won runner up in the jump off, Jobie Peeples and Jameria Slaton both made ALL AMERICAN cheerleader, each squad earned several superior blue ribbons for our evaluations and to top it all off we came home with three trophies! Great Job!! This was a very successful camp!
